How long does my order take to ship?

We make every effort to ship orders within 2-3 business days of receipt, excluding legal holidays.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time we are unable to provide that service. We are sorry for that. We do offer domestic shipping through the USPS. A tracking number is provided via the email address given on your order. Shipping rates are calculated by the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on any order of $75.00 or more as a way to express our appreciation and say “thank you” for supporting our small business.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the unique nature of our handmade beauty products, all sales are final and no refunds are available.  In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us by email at info@pampersoaps.com within 72 hours of delivery.  Please see important additional information below for more clarity.

Pamper Soaps makes each product by hand in small batches, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. We try to source from local farms whenever we can. All our products are clean, natural, and free from toxins to help keep your skin healthy.

Because of how our products are made, all sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Once your order is processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes combining orders, updating your order, or changing your shipping details. If you get a defective item, please email us at info@pampersoaps.com within 72 hours of delivery. If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or there is a mistake, contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can help. We appreciate your support and want you to know that every product is thoughtfully made and packaged by hand carefully. If you have any questions before you buy, just ask—we’re happy to help you find the right products.

Pamper Soaps cannot be held responsible for allergic or adverse reactions to our products. We are proud of the quality of every ingredient and product we make. You can find full ingredient lists for all our products on our website, so you can make informed choices before you buy. Please check for possible allergens before ordering. If you have a reaction, reach out to customer care for tips or alternative uses. For severe reactions, please seek medical help right away.

We recommend doing a patch test before using any of our products. If you purchased several items, add them to your routine one at a time. If you notice a reaction, stop using the product for at least a week before trying it again.

We understand that everyone has their own preferences for scents and textures. Because we are a small handcrafted business, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges if you do not like a scent, texture, or color.

During the summer, we ship our face creams and body butters with ice packs whenever possible. Still, these products might arrive melted or in liquid form. By ordering, you agree to this possibility, and we cannot offer refunds based on how the product looks when it arrives. If your face cream or body butter is melted or liquid, place it upright in a cool room or the fridge until it solidifies. The quality will stay the same, even if the texture is different from what you expected.

If you received the wrong items or if there is a problem with your order, like a broken item, we want to fix it. Please contact us at info@pampersoaps.com right away. Include your order number, a photo of the packing slip, and a photo of the wrong or damaged items in your message. If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered and we do not have this information, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
